Join Our Team – Watersports Instructors Wanted!
Elemental Surf Academy, based at Elemental Surf Lodge in Newquay, is looking for a passionate watersports instructor to join our team. You'll work with school groups, adult groups, and local children, helping them build confidence in the water.
We offer competitive pay, flexible hours, free equipment rental, and the chance to work in a stunning coastal setting. An ISA Level 1 or 2 certification is essential for surf coaching, and a lifeguarding qualification is required for our other watersports activities.
